Community Center

Located at 120 Meadow Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Newly renovated in 2018, this event center is 1,400 square feet, under beautiful canopied grounds! It can comfortably seat sixty individuals at tables for a meal or in a theater seating arrangement. Available to you with your rental is a full kitchen, two restrooms, and a large open and airy event space with hardwood floors and lots of windows. Ten tables and sixty chairs are on site and available for use, as well as a 80" pull down screen and two movable buffets with electrical power!

NSIA Firehouse

Located at 3101 1st Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Newly renovated in 2019, NSIA Firehouse is 1,920 square feet. It's home to the NSIA administrative office, and a satellite office for the St. Johns Sheriff’s Office. The meeting space at the Firehouse can comfortably accommodate up to fifty individuals. Available to you with your rental is a full kitchen, two restrooms, and a large meeting space with hardwood floors. There are a limited number of tables and chairs available. Additional tables and chairs may be requested subject to availability.

Craving the feeling of getting your hands into the dirt? Enjoy watching as seedlings poke their heads out of soil with the promise of sunshine, water & growth? Want nourishing produce and abundant flowers for your family to enjoy?

Look no further. You can have your own little piece of paradise without the upkeep and cost of a lawn or a large planting area at your home. Join the Vilano Community Garden. In one season, your garden crop will pay for itself.

This convenient community garden on Gardner Street, adjoining the Vilano Recreation Area, offers dozens of 4' x 10' raised beds complete with soil and water access. Gardeners often share their abundant crops and help with care while fellow gardeners are away.

Beds are currently available in time for the spring planting season! The donation is $60/year for North Shores Improvement Association members and $120/year for non-members. Contact Garden Director Jean Miller, at [email protected] for information.
